At Vintage Watches Leuven, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. All orders are shipped within forty-eight hours of purchase, unless otherwise notified.

Shipping is completely free, and the cost is included in the price of your watch. We take extra care with every shipment, and each watch is fully insured during transit, ensuring your order arrives safely.

Please note that any import fees, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price of the watch and will be determined by your local customs regulations.

We use trusted shipping carriers and will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vintage Watches Leuven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your watch, we offer a 14-day return policy for all watches ordered online.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in the exact same condition as it was when delivered, including all original packaging, accessories, and documents. Watches that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.

If you wish to return your watch, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned watch and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
