Q: Can I view the watches available at Vintage Watches Leuven in person before making a purchase?A: At Vintage Watches Leuv, we understand the importance of experiencing the exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance of our luxury watches firsthand before making a decision. While we do not have a physical store, we offer the option to view our collection by appointment in our showroom. Please note that our watches are securely stored in an external vault, so appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can arrange a showroom visit through WhatsApp, email, or phone (see our Contact page for details). Our team is committed to providing a personalized and professional experience to help you find your perfect timepiece.

Q: Can I pay for my purchase in cash?A: At Vintage Watches Leuven, we strictly adhere to Belgian law, which prohibits us from accepting more than 3000 euros in cash for a single purchase. However, to accommodate your payment preferences, you can combine cash payments with a bank transfer to complete your transaction.

Q: Are the prices shown on the Vintage Watches Leuven website inclusive of VAT?A: At Vintage Watches Leuv, we take pride in offering timeless elegance and refined craftsmanship through our selection of luxury watches. All prices displayed on our website include VAT, in accordance with Belgian law. Given that we specialize in secondhand goods, the margin scheme (Art. 58/4) is applied to our pricing.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
